How can I get a doctor's appointment?
You just need to call or WhatsApp our central team or our team member assigned to you and we will help you find the best hospitals and doctors for your needs and arrange an urgent appointment on your behalf. Just let us know when you need help.

What are the different membership plans available?

How does the reimbursement for OPD consultations work?
You can visit any doctor of your choice. Reimbursement will be done up to the maximum limit as per your plan (e.g., ₹1000 per consultation for some plans).

What documents do I need for OPD reimbursement?
To get reimbursed for your OPD expenses, you need to submit the doctor's prescription (with their contact details and registration number), the bill, and the online payment receipt.

Do I have to pay the doctor first, or is it cashless?
To get a cashless facility, you must inform us 24-48 hours in advance.

Do I get a discount on medicines?
As per our membership plans, you will get the vouchers to buy medicines from Apollo pharmacy. Voucher of Rs 500 can be redeemed in one month. Once these vouchers are over, you will get the discount up to 10% of hospital bill from our partner pharmacies.

Can Medifinder help me save money on other tests like a CT scan or MRI?
You will get discount up to 15% of radiological test like X Ray, USH, MRI and CT scan from our partner labs and we will also reimburse up to Rs 1000 for such test.

What if I need surgery or a major operation?
Medifinder is having tie up with more than 30 leading private hospitals of Lucknow. In case you decide to take treatment from these hospitals, you will get discount up to 10% of hospital bill with some complimentary services like one free follow up consultation, free ambulance service.
