Refund Policy

Medifinder Refund Policy

At Medifinder, we strive to provide our customers with trusted and transparent healthcare services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Payments made towards Medifinder membership or services are non-refundable once any service has been availed.
  • Refund requests can only be raised within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of payment.
  • No refund requests will be accepted beyond this period.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Refund will be processed only if:
  • The request is made within 3 days of payment, and
  • No service (appointment booking, consultation, hospitalization assistance, home sample collection, medicine delivery, or home care service) has been availed through Medifinder.

3. Documentation Required

  • To process any eligible refund, the customer must provide:
  • Valid Indian Bank Account details
  • KYC documents (PAN card, Aadhaar card, and cancelled cheque)

4. Refund Amount

  • Refund will be made to the customer's Indian bank account only.
  • The refund amount will be Payment Made – (minus) GST and/or any other applicable taxes/charges.
  • Processing time for refunds is 7–10 working days from the date of successful verification of KYC and bank details.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
  • Refund request made after 3 days from payment date.
  • Any Medifinder service has already been utilized.
  • Incomplete KYC documentation or invalid bank account details.
